Hello, my name is Neha Karandikar - Hunari, and I am a certified Career Analyst with a rich and diverse professional journey. I hold an MBA degree in Finance and began my career as an Equity Research Analyst, working for 6 years with a leading MNC across various global markets. My transition into education and counselling was driven by a deep passion for mentoring and guiding young minds.
For the past four years, I have been the founder and head of a coaching center in Malvan, where I have had the opportunity to work closely with students at different academic and personal crossroads. Alongside this, I have also qualified the UGC NET and currently serve as an Assistant Professor, combining academic insight with real-world experience.
My special interest lies in understanding the unique challenges faced by today’s youth and helping them uncover their true potential. As a career counsellor, I aim to provide thoughtful, research-based guidance that empowers students and professionals alike to make informed and confident career choices. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Tr.Neha Hunari 's guidance and support for my Daughter Bhakti Arolkar. She was confused that what should she take after 12 th Commerce. Tr.Neha Hunari counselor helped her particularly. Tr.Neha Hunari was supportive, helpful,polite to my daughter. Even we were confused that what we should do for our daughter Bhakti for a better career. So she contacted Tr Neha . She took a test and offer personalized Strategies and resources . She called us and meet us and told in what Bhakti is interested and in what she can do better.We asked many question,she replied politely and explain us everything properly and logically. She helped my Daughter to take proper path after 12 th Commerce .She is a good guider and counseller.
